Hello I am Falconry. I am the owner and creator of this site.

I created Rainbow World to bring anime fans together to have great discussions.
This might sound mean, but, another reason why I created Rainbow World is to give users an escape from some of the fail forums on the internet. Some of them are too strict or have bad staff. This forum won't have any of that. Yes, I want everyone to follow all of the current rules, but still, the rules aren't stupid and are appropriate for an anime forum.
